Coaching Plans

Coaching Packages

The following are the suggested coaching options that should suit most individuals’ needs and budgets. When you contact me we can discuss what option(s) suit you or even custom tailor a package to your needs.

Initial Consultation (required of all new clients)                        $99 / Consultation

After we have discussed training package options and you have decided on what option suits you best then we will schedule an initial consultation (in person for those that are local area or are willing to travel, or it will be done over the phone. The initial consultation is our opportunity to discuss your training background, where you are at in your training and fitness, your specific goals, and your schedule and time available to train. For athletes that I can meet with in person the initial consult will also include a free bike fit and musculoskeletal screening, and half price on a video taped gait analysis.

Monthly Coaching Service                                                            $222 / month

  • Yearly training plan overview highlighting key events and training phases
  • Outline of training goals and general training performed each phase
  • Weekly training plans with daily workout details
  • On-going e-mail communications to adjust workouts as needed based on client’s schedule, weather, and how the previous week’s training went
  • Weekly phone conversations available to keep you motivated and on target
  • Local clients have opportunities for joining the coach for some workouts or training rides
  • Glossary to explain all training terms and intensity zones
  • HR or power based training zones if applicable

12 Week Training Plan                                                                  $169 / 3 month plan

  • Yearly training plan overview highlighting key events and training phases
  • Outline of training goals and general training performed each phase
  • Weekly training plan designed for client to follow independently
  • Plan will include overview of specific workouts to be achieved each week
  • After receiving the plan a phone call to discuss it and cover any questions
  • Monthly phone call or e-mail thereafter to check on progress
  • This plan is most suitable to individuals who are knowledgeable and experienced at training but
    need a clear plan to follow
  • Very useful for preparing for a specific event or for off-season conditioning plans
